Importantly, the processed material is the ingredients produced by the farmers of Sekaa Teles – Tegalan Lestari Group in Lembongan Village. Members of this group take care of the motherland, manage the land land of the island to meet the needs of food and meaning of life.
Cassava and corn are two important things that are produced. Thus, both become an important potential to meet the needs of people’s life for healthy food, as well as “fill” the space in a healthy shop. The initial stage that needs to be done is to practice cassava and corn processing becomes more varied, with interesting shapes and colors. The goal, so there are many people who are interested to consume, especially children. Thus, children in Lembongan can reduce even no longer eat “garbage”.

For three days Mothers train with Ibu Hani from Anak Bumi Tani – Yogyakarta cultivate cassava and corn from their garden. There are eight recipes practiced: rolls of dumplings, fish nuggets, tomato sauce, corn syrup, putu ayu, cassava pudding, potil, and cassava ice cream. Nyam !!! And this is the result.
One of the requirements for both types of plants, and other plants can flourish is water. Meanwhile, Lembongan Village, including Ceningan as an island, has limited availability in fresh water. So, the abundant sea water and brackish water from the wells are then made to be bargained. For two days, the Fathers practiced with Mr. Noldy from the Gang Motor Imut – Kupang created a desalinate of seawater, in order to make their life easier, especially for mothers.

The desalinator device consists of two primary parts, a seawater reservoir constructed by wooden horses with a base and wall of plastic / rubber carpet or fiberglass / aluminum mold made in black and a water vapor catcher that can be made of clear plastic / glass phyrex / mica. Between the container and the cover is given a layer of foam sheet to be airtight and speed up evaporation. The cover design may be a pyramid, a dome or a cone and this affects the shape of a reservoir of seawater. This cover is then paralleled with the secondary part, ie the intermittent pipe / funnel as a freshwater drainage from the vapor catcher cover to the freshwater container medium.
Through these two things, it is expected that the Lembongan island will be better preserved through management aimed at caring for and maintaining motherland.
