In this period the activities were focused in Banjar Kiadan Pelaga, Banjar Dukuh Sibetan, Tenganan Pegringsingan village, and Nusa Ceningan:
- Area mapping and Village Spatial Arrangement
- Development of eco-tourism model and Village Eco-Tourism Network
- Concept and development of the banjar school model
- Alternative energy development: through microhydro and biogas
- Economic autonomy: through material distribution, community product development, waste management and recycle system for paper and organic farming
- Childrens education programs: Environment Introduction through Jambore Anak, Fun Sunday and ‘Melali ajak Pan Godogan’
- Data and information management: research, published books and produced audio-visual materials

- Increased community capacity to manage local resources
- Recorded data of village potential and problems
- The use of local resources in responsible and sustainable ways
- Village Eco-Tourism Network (JED)
